Michelle Smart
I started at Adswood Primary School in 1998 as a student on work placement. The following year, I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BEd Honours degree in Education. My first teaching post was a Year 1 class. From Year 1, I worked in every class over the years and became a non teaching Deputy Headteacher before being appointed as the Headteacher in 2016. 25 years of my life has been spent at Adswood Primary School.
