Queen's Platinum Jubilee

On February 4th, two days before Queen Elizabeth II's accession to the throne, we held a platinum jubillee day in school.

This consisted of: a 70 minute-a-thon e.g. 70 minute football match and 70 minute drumming session, royal afternoon tea parties, singing the national anthem, designing posters of what we want the world to look like 70 years from now and planting our 'Jubilee' tree.

Lots of fun was had by all and it will be a day which we will never forget.
