Denise Popat's African Safari Experience

Lesson: Geography

We were delighted to welcome children's author Denise Popat into our Year 2 class to share her experiences. Denise spoke passionately about her visit to Africa where she had the incredible opportunity to see safari animals up close in their natural habitats. The children were fascinated by her stories and loved learning about the different animals she encountered.  Her visit sparked lots of curiosity and excitement and encouraged the children to think about wildlife, storytelling and the world beyond the classroom.
