Year 3 Greek Day

Today, Year 3 stepped back in time to ancient Greece. We explored Greek culture through hands-on activities.
One of the highlights of the day was tasting a variety of delicious Greek food.
We tried items such as olives, pitta bread and a variety of Greek dips. It was a great opportunity to experience something new.
We also got creative by making our own leaf wreaths, inspired by the laurel wreaths worn in ancient Greece to symbolise victory and honour.
