On Thursday, both year 3 classes took part in a engaging zoom session focused on sustainability and recycling. Led by an environmental expert, the session taught the children the importance of looking after our planet and how small actions can make a big difference. The children learned how to sort waste correctly using the right bins for paper, plastic, food and general rubbish. The also explored creative ways to reduce waste and reuse everyday items. The interactive session encourages lots of questions and ideas and left our pupils feeling inspired and empowered to make more eco-friendly choices at home and in school.
