 Year 6 Residential Trip to Kingswood – A Week to Remember! 

Our Year 6 pupils recently returned from an unforgettable residential trip to Kingswood, and what an incredible adventure it was! Set in the heart of the countryside, Kingswood provided the perfect backdrop for our children packed full of excitement, challenges, and lasting memories.

Over the course of the trip, our children pushed themselves, supported one another, and discovered new skills through a wide variety of activities. Here are just a few of the highlights:

 Archery Tag & Archery – Aiming high and hitting their targets, the children enjoyed both traditional archery and the high-energy fun of archery tag.

 Campfire – As the sun set, we gathered around the campfire to share songs, stories, and marshmallows, creating a warm and special moment of togetherness.

 Kayaking – For many, this was their first time on the water! With laughter and teamwork, the children paddled across the lake and embraced the challenge.

 High Ropes – Suspended high above the ground, our brave pupils tackled ropes and obstacles with courage and determination.

 Disco Night – Dancing, laughter, and glitter galore! The disco was a joyful celebration of friendship and fun.

 Zip Wire – Screams of excitement echoed through the trees as our pupils soared through the air on the thrilling zip wire.

 Orienteering – With maps in hand, the children worked in teams to navigate the grounds of Kingswood, showing great teamwork and problem-solving.

Throughout the trip, our students demonstrated incredible resilience, kindness, and enthusiasm. It was a true celebration of everything they’ve learned and achieved throughout their time in primary school.

We are so proud of each and every one of them!
