Year 6 Stockport Loan Sharks Workshop

Lesson: PSHE and citizenship

Last week - Year 6 welcome Pete from Stockport Loan Sharks to deliver a workshop to both classes.

The workshop explored how loan sharks work and how to avoid being left in ucomfortable situations if dealing with a loan shark. 

The children took part in an activity which highlighted how borrowing a small sum of money can escalate in to problems which could change your life forever.
